How MacKenzie is Using AI to Enhance it’s Business and Client Experience.
In this pivotal moment, as businesses leverage the capabilities of AI and ML - we have done just that. We provide our clients with the service they deserve, offering more value than any competitor who hasn't embraced this technological change.
To provide some context around this matter: prior to the advent of ChatGPT and many other AI tools on the market, the buyers' agency model was very labor-intensive.
One of the biggest value adds to any prospective buyer is that buyers agents have access to more stock (pre-market and off-market properties). To source or identify these opportunities it relies heavily on an individual calling and emailing real estate agents daily, searching property portals such as CoreLogic, and calling or emailing property owners with the hope they will sell. The biggest problem to this model is that you’re restricted by the amount of resources you have (people) and how efficient they are.
How have we over come this?
AI Agents:
Emails to real estate agents are now automated with AI integrated in to our email software.
Emails to potential sellers are now automated the same way.
AI data scraping tools to identify properties matching our clients’ brief.
Reading and interpreting sales data and providing summarised reports.
AI Tools
Video Recording: With AI recording tools we are now provided with a detailed summary of any meeting recorded. That way there isn’t any human error with remembering what was discussed.
AI trained chatbot: With our chatbot trained on our entire business, we don’t spend time speaking to on-lookers and following up enquiries - this is automated.
Real life example
One of our most notable client acquisitions showcases the power of our AI. Our AI scraping tool identified a potential property. Acting on this, the AI agent drafted and sent an email to the homeowner. As it turned out, the homeowner was contemplating a sale. We promptly inspected the property and conducted our due diligence. Understanding the homeowner's needs, we presented an offer that aligned with their expectations. As a result, we secured the property entirely off-market, eliminating any competition and saving our client the time and money wasted at highly competitive auctions. This acquisition underscores the impact of AI in our operations.
These automations are just the beginning! Some of the internal processes can’t be revealed.
With these automations in place we can stay focused on productive tasks such as client communication, property inspections, stakeholder engagement for property exchanges and settlements, and overall business optimisation. MacKenzie is now purely a client focused business.
Most companies are still charging through the roof for the buyers agent service. Our fees have been adjusted accordingly. Next time you’re considering using a buyers agent, consider how they allocate resources and what you’re paying for.
Businesses, Adapt or Die.
Peace out ✌️
